EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATION · INDIA
The executive credential for the leaders who must answer for AI they run but did not build — across India's GCC captives, AI exporters and regulated enterprise. You run the AI here. You answer for it there.
The function this builds
CAIGP builds the capability to lead the functions that AI accountability now runs through — and prepares you to own the governance charter for your organisation.
WHY NOW · THE ACCOUNTABILITY YOU INHERITED
India runs a growing share of the world's enterprise AI — built, fine-tuned and operated inside GCC captives, and exported by Indian IT and product firms. But accountability for that AI increasingly sits under laws written elsewhere. The leaders getting ahead of this are building the governance function now — before a parent company, a regulator, or an EU customer asks who owns it. Your GCC thinks it's a deployer. Under EU AI Act Article 25, it may be a provider. Do you know which?
The reach — EU AI Act is extraterritorial
Article 2 pulls in any provider or deployer whose AI output is used in the EU, wherever they sit. Indian GCCs and exporters are in scope by function, not geography.
The reclassification — Article 25
A deployer that white-labels, fine-tunes or re-purposes a third-party model can become the provider — inheriting the full obligation set. Most don't know they've crossed the line.
The market gate — Annex III + Article 50
India's AI export strengths — fraud detection, HR tech, decision support, healthcare AI — map onto the EU's high-risk categories. Article 50 transparency duties are live from 2 August 2026, and EU buyers are beginning to write AI-Act clauses into contracts.
The home context — India's own regime
DPDPA 2023, RBI, SEBI and MeitY are shaping domestic expectations — but India has chosen a light-touch path. The near-term commercial pressure comes from abroad, through the AI you run and export.
EU Regulation 2024/1689 (EU AI Act): Art 2 scope · Art 25 provider reclassification · Annex III high-risk categories · Art 50 transparency duties (live 2 Aug 2026) · Art 99 penalties. Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India).
CAIGP is designed for the leaders who must answer for AI — not the people who build it.
The Accountability Gap
CAIGP does not train people to use AI. It trains the people who must answer for it.
Boards are increasingly answerable for AI decisions their organisations can’t yet fully explain — and that accountability is personal and hard to delegate. In most organisations no single function owns it: risk, compliance, legal, data and engineering each hold a fragment. When a model drifts, or has to be explained to a regulator, the gap that shows is rarely technical. It’s governance. The organisations moving first are building that function deliberately, before they need it.
The Programme
Eight modules delivered across 10 sessions — 40 hours live + 40 hours self-paced + capstone — built from the executive lens, not the engineering manual. Covers all four domains of the IAPP AIGP Body of Knowledge (v2.1), multi-jurisdictional throughout — EU AI Act plus India and global context. Participants work their own organisation’s exposure through every module, not a generic case study.
The Executive Lens on AI
Board-level AI taxonomy, the harm categories already in litigation, why traditional governance fails with AI, regional regulatory context.
Building the Governance Backbone
Decision rights from board to model owner, cross-functional alignment, the Developer–Deployer–User accountability chain.
Future-Proofing Enterprise Policy
Meaningful human oversight, third-party and vendor AI risk, cross-border data-flow obligations.
The Privacy & Data Protection Battleground
Notice, consent and purpose limitation when models repurpose data; controller obligations; special-category data.
Sectoral Crossfire
IP, algorithmic discrimination, consumer protection in synthetic media, product liability when the product learns.
Decoding the EU AI Act
Risk-tier framework, conformity obligations, GPAI, penalties, and the Brussels Effect on regional operations.
Anchoring to Global Standards
OECD, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, plus Singapore, UAE, India and North Asia regimes; harmonising the stack without audit fatigue.
Governing the AI Lifecycle, End to End
Design intent, data governance, deployment gates, assurance, audit, incident response and responsible retirement. The capstone clinic.
Programme outcomes
Diagnose your organisation’s AI governance maturity across EU, global and India regimes
Build the Developer–Deployer–User accountability chain for AI decisions across your business
Translate Responsible AI principles into board-grade KPIs that audit and regulators accept
Design vendor and third-party AI risk evaluation processes ready to deploy
Walk into your next board meeting with a Charter and 90-Day Roadmap, not a slide deck
Every participant leaves having built their own board-ready AI Governance Charter and a 90-Day Governance Maturity Roadmap — tailored to their organisation, ready to socialise internally on the Monday after.
⁶ IAPP AIGP Body of Knowledge v2.1, effective February 2026 (IAPP).
The Faculty

Programme Director
Programme Director, CAIGP · IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) · IAPP AIGP-certified · IAPP CIPP/E-certified · CEO, AiSPRY · Managing Director, 360DigiTMG · Visiting Faculty, Indian School of Business
21+ years in AI, data science and technology consulting · 130+ global consulting engagements · 5,000+ professionals trained across India, the GCC and ASEAN · government-grade, production AI deployment experience — the Drishti AI platform live at Muscat Municipality and NHAI India, and AI capability work with Oman’s NCSI. The programme is led by Bharani, with faculty drawn from AiSPRY’s practitioner network.
This is not a credential taught by people who have only read the frameworks. It is taught by people who deploy, govern and answer for production AI — and who hold the credential they prepare you for.

Take the Scorecard →Your credential
The CAIGP certificate is issued by 360DigiTMG upon successful completion. It carries the AIGP-aligned designation, includes the SUNY Advanced Diploma for Chief AI Governance & Privacy Officer in every tier, and opens the pathway to the globally recognised IAPP AIGP credential — with an examination voucher and 1-year IAPP membership bundled in Tier 2. This is not a course certificate. It is the documented proof that you have built the governance function — and can show the work.

In partnership with SUNY — State University of New York
Included in every tier. A university-issued diploma alongside your CAIGP certificate, recognising formal executive training in AI governance and compliance.
Credential pathway
The programme credential, issued by 360DigiTMG on completion.
The university diploma, included in both tiers, awarded on completion.
A separate global certification. Tier 2 includes the exam voucher and preparation to sit it — passing the IAPP exam is your own attempt with IAPP, not conferred by 360DigiTMG.
Early signals from senior peers.
From Bharani’s executive AI-governance sessions across ASEAN and the GCC.
“This is the executive lens we’ve been missing. Risk, compliance and engineering each saw a piece of the puzzle — Bharani’s framing assembles it into a single accountability chain a board can actually use.”
“Three days well spent. The capstone Charter isn’t slideware — it’s gone straight onto our board pack agenda for next quarter.”
“Most AI training treats governance as a footnote. CAIGP makes it the spine. The regulatory mapping alone was worth the time.”
Named India testimonials will be added after the India sessions.
The First Cohort Is Forming
Cohort Preview attendees: your Rs. 1999 reserves your seat and adjusts against any tier enrolment.
The organisations that build their AI governance function before the rules land will spend the next cycle leading the conversation. The rest will spend it explaining themselves.
